Living as much on the internet as we do, we’re bound to come across things that look a bit sus – sometimes even the most legitimate looking source could be rife with misinformation.

Ever run into a deep fake? Those are a whole new level of convincing, I’m lowkey terrified. Though they take months to create, artificial intelligence is no joke. Have you seen how it works? Like, it’s all fun and games when they drop Iron Man and new Spidey into Back to the Future, but when they get the most powerful people in the world say anything at all? That’s where we need to be careful. This is dangerous territory.

So, how do you feel about the rise of fake news? With a few of those sleuthing skills now under your belt, are you able to sus things out? Do you live in a filter bubble? If so, will you be popping that bad boy and venturing out into the crazy and wild landscape that is the internet?
